Hello everyone! Welcome to Deming Way - a lean initiative in building an online platform for agile training.
We believe that education and online learning is a way to open the world of opportunities and possibilities. Deming Way strives to provide an eLearning platform to all people involved in Agile, Lean, Scrum and Agile at Scale. Our platform is built on the open-source Open edX eLearning platform.
How to get started? Take a course from our course catalog.
If you'd like to experiment with developing an agile module or a course please email [email protected]. Open edX provides a pedagogically sound and data driven environment for online course development, distribution and management, allowing course contributors to reach a much wider audience. Deming Way stands ready to help in turning your training and development content into an engaging online course, both interesting and fun to take part in. Our platform will be a good home for your online agile courses, help contribute to the Agile community, and a great channel for you!

Partners
Alex Sutherland has been a true partner in our first lean experiments with help from Scrum Inc. and the Scrum@Scale community.
Sergiy Movchan, CEO, Natalia Vynogradenko, Yaroslav Zolotuhin and the RacoonGang have provided tremendous support for this experiment with both the platform and course development.
The AlosiLabs teams ensure that in the short term, we will be able to provide a personalized, adaptive learning platform.
Applied Research & Pedagogy
We are committed to use the data collected in a responsible way that can best help learners and improve the state of learning science, while preserving the anonymity and personalized identifiable information so critical to our community. Our first set of findings using anonymized data (with no PII) was presented at the Hybrid Ed Workshop 2018 held at MIT.
